B.S. Mathematics

University of Puerto Rico

My name is Margaret Pizarro and I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) teacher.  I teach 9th through 12th grade math here at Premier High School.  My classes are Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1.

I began my teaching carreer in Puerto Rico, then moved with my husband and children to the middle east.  While in Saudi Arabia, I worked for Saudi Aramco as a mathematics curriculum coordinator for many years.  As my children grew up and went to boarding schools and then college, my husband and I moved to Qatar where I taught mathematics at the American School in Doha, Qatar.

We returned to the United States and began teaching at Charter Schools here in the Valley.  In my free time I enjoy speding time with my children and my "fur" kid Racer, my dog.

I pride myself on being a caring teacher and thoroughly enjoy watching my students succeed. If you have any questions, please call or email me!

Go Titans!
